World Environment Day 2022

"God has gifted us with Mother Nature , who nourishes us at every point.... and the responsibility of saving her lies on our shoulders.

Greetings!

The World Environment Day is celebrated every year on 5 June , to raise global awareness to take positive environmental action to protect nature and planet Earth.

This year Meerut Public School, brewed with a myriad of activities, to welcome the World Environment Day on 5 June, 2022 Save Soil activity was conducted to create awareness among students towards our environment.

Save Soil is a global movement launched by Sri Sadhguru ji to address the soil crises by bringing together people from around the world , to stand up for soil health and supporting leaders of all nations to institute National policies and actions towards increasing the organic content of cultivable soil .

Students made posters with messages on Save Soil and wrote letters to our Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi Ji , sharing their thoughts on how to save environment.

The school principal Dr. Shikha koak, set an example by planting saplings in the school premises . In her well researched speech she inspired and motivated the students to adopt green ways of life and join hands to protect and conserve the environment to ensure a healthy future.

The program could not have been a success without the unflinching support, guidance and blessings of the School Management who have always been a source of inspiration to all .
