Basant Panchami Celebration

'Basant Panchami' is one of the most significant Hindu festival. People across lndia celebrate this festival in a variety of ways depending on the diversity of their region .

The students of Junior Wing , celebrated this special day with great fervor , on 25th January during the special assembly . Keeping the tradition of inculcating values in today's modern times,the students devotionally rendered the 'Saraswati Vandana'. Books and stationery were offered to invoke the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. Thereafter the students presented their rhetoric skills by speaking few lines on the significance of the day.This was followed by a divine rendition of Shlokas .The pooja concluded with the Arti and distribution of Prasad .Students also enjoyed origami kite making activity wherein they showcased their creative and innovative thoughts.

The School Principal

Dr Shikha Koak along with the staff offered flowers to Goddess Saraswati and wished everyone happiness, success, peace and progress on this festival of spring - Basant .
