National Youth Day 2021

Jan 12, marks the birth anniversary of the great monk Swami Vivekananda. The Govt. of India commemorates his birth anniversary as *NATIONAL YOUTH DAY.*

Students of Meerut Public School, Main Wing had the opportunity to witness the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address on the valedictory function of the second NATIONAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT FESTIVAL.

The Prime Minister in his speech urged the youth of the country to " *Believe in yourself "* and *"Believe in all* " concept. He also emphasised that youth should be the voice of new India and they should find solutions and contribute to society, as next 25 years would be the golden phase for the country and youth ,he also requested them to employ honest means to eradicate corruption and should be dedicated towards the country .He also quoted examples of various freedom fighters to marinate the youth of the country.

Students also attended a Panel Discussion on finding innovative solutions to the problems faced by the youth in the country as part of celebrations on the National Youth Day.
