Meerut Public School, Main Wing conducted a parent orientation program on March 28 2024, intending to acquaint new parents with the school's curriculum, vision, rules, and pedagogical techniques, fostering a partnership in their child's education. Mrs. Alka Srivastava Gaur, the principal initiated the event with a lamp-lighting ceremony and briefed parents on the importance of the event. A documentary showcasing student’s daily activities in the school was well appreciated by parents. Demonstrations of school ERP, Entab, and Google Classroom were given, highlighting their benefits in student’s learning. A Presentation was given on Benesse, the Japanese company that focuses on the holistic development of students by teaching them through experiential learning and by giving them timely feedback on their performances in different assessments. Mrs. Alka Srivastava Gaur, the principal delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks to parents for their participation, emphasizing the importance of their collaboration in their child's education. The program concluded with an interactive session between parents and class teachers.
