Donation Drive

“Giving is not just about making a donation, it is about making a difference”

How does it feel...not having a roof over the head? It is hard for us to even imagine but think about those for whom living on streets is a reality.

A donation is a gift for charity, humanitarian aid, or to benefit a cause. This also inculcates the feeling of love and joy of sharing among the children.Keeping this in mind, the Community Service Club of Meeting Public School (Main Wing) organised a Donation Drive on __ May for the needy and under privileged children at Augarnath Mandir, Meerut Cantt.

Little hands prepared "I Care Kits" in which they enclosed masks sanitizers, dettol, soap, biscuits, shampoo, medicines etc. and thereafter, the Junior Mpiets donated the articles to bring smile on the faces of people around. With all the fondness and jubilation, the school accelerated towards the noble cause of donating, thereby making the drive a success.

The School Principal, Dr. Shikha Koak appreciated the efforts of Community Service Club for reaching out to the less fortunate ones and making a difference in the society in their little way. We are glad that our Hon'ble Management has always endeavoured to support such social causes. Organising a donation drive is just another step in the direction of community service because alone we can do so little..Together we can do so...much.
