Chairman's Message

A Vision that Shaped Generations

यद्यदाचरति श्रेष्ठस्तत्तदेवेतरो जनः।
सयत्प्रमाणं कुरुते लोकस्तदनुवर्तते।॥

This powerful verse from the Bhagavad Gita captures the true essence of visionary leadership. It reminds us that great leaders do not merely manage — they inspire through their actions and set standards that others naturally follow. True visionaries lead by example, creating a ripple effect that shapes entire generations.

The MPS Group stands as a living testimony to this timeless principle. Founded by the visionary leadership of Late Shri Tarachand Shastri ji and Mrs. Kusum Shastri, the journey began with a bold, farsighted dream: to transform the educational landscape through quality, values, and excellence. Their leadership was never limited by present circumstances. Instead, it was defined by extraordinary foresight, courage, and an unshakable belief in the power of education to uplift society.

In 1982, from humble beginnings in Meerut, Shri Tarachand Shastri ji planted a single seed with a clear and expansive vision — to create institutions that would serve every section of society and nurture future-ready leaders. Guided by deep conviction and nurtured with dedication, that vision steadily unfolded. What started as one school evolved into a thriving educational legacy of seven schools in Meerut and one in Greater Noida.

At every stage, their visionary approach turned challenges into opportunities and limitations into possibilities. They didn't just build schools — they crafted an ecosystem where knowledge, character, and innovation flourish together. Ms. Kusum Shastri continues to steer this vision with the same passion, clarity, and dynamism. Her leadership is rooted in the profound belief that every child carries immense hidden potential. Under her guidance, MPS Group has become a beacon of progressive education — seamlessly blending tradition with modernity, discipline with creativity, and academic rigor with holistic development.

Today, the impact of their visionary leadership is visible in thousands of empowered lives. It shines through every successful student, every empowered educator, and every individual who found purpose and dignity within the MPS ecosystem. Their example continues to inspire not just those within the institutions, but the wider community — exactly as the Gita verse proclaims.

From The Director's Desk

"What you leave as a legacy is not what is etched in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others."

As proud torchbearers of the extraordinary vision set by our revered Founder Chairman, Late Shri Tarachand Shastri ji, and President & Co-Founder, Mrs. Kusum Shastri, we are deeply committed to carrying their dream forward with renewed energy, clarity, and purpose.

We stand on the strong foundation they built, not merely to preserve the past, but to actively expand and elevate it for future generations. Their vision of quality, value-based education continues to guide every decision we make as we embrace innovation and prepare our students for a rapidly changing world.

In alignment with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), we have introduced progressive reforms that mark a significant shift in teaching and learning. Moving away from rote memorization, our focus is now firmly on student-centric, experiential learning that ignites curiosity, nurtures creativity, and develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Classrooms are transforming into dynamic spaces of exploration, dialogue, and discovery, where students are encouraged to question, apply, and create — empowering them to become independent thinkers and confident leaders.

We are also investing significantly in modern infrastructure and facilities to provide a safe, stimulating, and future-ready environment. The addition of synthetic basketball courts, archery ranges, badminton courts, and enhanced sports facilities across our campuses reflects our commitment to holistic development and the nurturing of sporting talent alongside academic excellence.

As we carry the vision forward, we continue to introduce new ideas and initiatives that blend tradition with modernity. The establishment of advanced STEM laboratories, alongside technology-enabled learning, skill development programs, and innovative pedagogical practices, empowers students to explore scientific concepts through hands-on experimentation, critical inquiry, and real-world problemsolving — equipping them with both deep roots and strong wings for the future.

At the heart of this journey remains our strong partnership with parents, educators, and the wider community. We believe education is a collaborative endeavour built on trust, open communication, and shared responsibility.

While we enthusiastically embrace change and innovation, we remain firmly anchored in the timeless values of discipline, integrity, respect, and compassion — the very foundation laid by our founders.

With deep gratitude for the legacy we have inherited and great excitement for the future we are shaping, we move forward with purpose and optimism. The journey continues — stronger, brighter, and more purposeful than ever — as we lead all MPS institutions To Greater Heights.
