Capacity Building Programme 2025

“Teaching is a very noble profession that shapes the character, caliber, and future of an individual. If the people remember me as a good teacher, that will be the biggest honour for me.” – Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

With this guiding thought, the MPS Group organized a Capacity Building Program aimed at enhancing pedagogical competencies, promoting innovative teaching practices, and fostering continuous professional development among educators. The program was thoughtfully designed to empower teachers to become more effective facilitators of learning by equipping them with updated knowledge, practical strategies, and collaborative tools aligned with 21st-century education.

The sessions delved into key focus areas such as Curriculum Goals, Competencies, Experiential Learning, Modern Assessment Techniques, and Strategies for Student Engagement. Renowned resource persons conducted interactive workshops that inspired reflection, shared best practices, and encouraged the development of actionable plans for classroom implementation.

Special emphasis was placed on fostering learner-centric environments, encouraging critical thinking, and addressing the diverse learning needs of students. The hands-on activities, role plays, and group discussions brought theoretical frameworks into practical focus, making learning enriching and relatable.

The program concluded with a vibrant feedback session, where teachers across the MPS Group expressed deep appreciation for the meaningful insights gained. They also reaffirmed their commitment to applying their learnings to enhance student outcomes. More than just a training initiative, the program cultivated a sense of unity and shared purpose, reinforcing the MPS Group’s dedication to academic excellence and comprehensive teacher development.
