As the nation celebrates the 21st anniversary of the historic Kargil Vijay Diwas, the students of class X prepared a special virtual assembly to honour the martyrs and war widows of the battle of Tiger Hill.

The assembly began with school prayer followed by a quick news update. The fearlessness of the brave hearts was expressed by the soulful poetry recitation by Alisha Parveen and Pranjal. A brief history of this glorious celebration was detailed in the speech by Priyanshi and Divyanshi Tyagi. An alluring kathak recital by Ritika Agarwal and MehakJain saluted the motherland. Patriotic slogans by Mehak, Manya , Antra , Arpan and Kamakshi filled the hearts of the students from classes I to XII with pride and honour for their brave soldiers. In her addressal, our revered Principal ma'am motivated the students to carry the pride for their nation in their hearts and to prove themselves worthy to their motherland. She congratulated this student-led- intitiative and emphasized on its effectiveness in learning by performing. The program came to an end with the National anthem.
