International Day of Friendship

"A Friend is a dewdrop, sitting atop a petal, translucent and reflective of the shades she dawns onto with grace and pride each day."

The celebration of International Day of Friendship not only celebrates our close friends but also promotes solidarity among all human beings. To cherish this bond of lifetime, students of MPSFG actively performed activities for their friends.

The pre-primary students artistically prepared beautiful friendship bands for their friends and lend a hand activity was performed to foster helpfulness and cooperation.

The innovative chefs of primary section prepared sumptuous Chocolate ladoos , packed them creatively and sealed them with their mesmerizing quotes for their friends.

The students of class 9 I organised a virtual assembly on August 2, 2021 at 8 am on Zoom. The assembly commenced with the compering by Shagun Mallik, followed by the oath of solidarity led by Principal ma'am.The news bulletin by Bhumika Singh gave all the important headlines across the globe. Sabhyata Sharma enlightened the morning with the thought of the day. Pravisha Sadhwani highlighted the relevance of the celebration of International day of friendship in a simple and lucid manner. Anushka Mittal expressed the beauty of friendship in her poetic words. The energy of the dance performance by Ishika Tawara, Anushka Mittal and Sneha Aggarwal was contagious and left the virtual audience mesmerized.

In the end, Principal ma'am praised the efforts of the young girls for exhibiting such a great confidence during the entire conduct of the assembly .She also advised students to choose their friends carefully. She also appraised them about the upcoming "Reading week" which will commence from 4th August to 9th August 2021 and beseeched them to participate wholeheartedly in this scholastic endeavour. The assembly culminated with rendition of National Anthem.
