Meerut Public School For Girls is part of rich legacy in the field of education, created under the banner of Meerut Public School (Group), which established its first school at Meerut Cantt in 1982 under the Visionary founders, Shri Tarachand Shastri and Smt. Kusum Shastri. The founders and Chair Persons had the passion and zeal to extend English medium public school pattern education to the needy children of ever-growing municipality of Meerut Cantt as also, building six schools in the city of Meerut which is one of the largest cities in Western UP.

We continue to draw inspiration from the values espoused by our founders and our Vision: ‘Setting a strong foundation in Education and Indian Values for the future generations’.

The Vision has led us to our Mission of quality and holistic education i.e., to –

Strengthen learning by inquiry, exploration, and experience. Embrace fusion of old with new in pedagogy, empower teachers and students to develop a World view.
Contribute to Society's upliftment and Country’s growth by nurturing the citizens of tomorrow with values of selfless hard work, righteous conduct and dedication.

The school has grown from strength to strength in last 30 years since its inception with our alumni making their mark in various Higher Educational Institutions such as, IITs, Delhi University, NDA, BHU, LLRM Medical College etc.

We are now in mission mode, to adopt EdTech initiatives in a big way with Smart Classrooms and digital content and AI based integrations in learning and assessment. We also have adopted seamless business communication and project management platforms in our day-to-day work to bring in speed and paperless decision support systems. Our ERP and CRM, ENTAB is ever growing with features which keep the school teachers meaningfully engaged with our students and parents.

In the new session, we have also got into Goals based systems approach for Teachers and students, wherein, the Scholastic, Co-Scholastic and Sports Goals are discussed and analyzed in a quantified and objective manner and adopted for results

As we move ahead in the session it is our proud privilege to let you know our goals as under.

Scholastics: The school aims to have an API score of 450 for the Board classes and intends to take 1000 students from the existing averages to 10-15 points jump based on the previous year’s performance.

Co-scholastics: The objective of these activities is holistic development of students and we intend to have at least one such activity every month to provide a platform for the same

Sports: The School aims to provide opportunity to each child to get exposed to various sports like Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Chess, Taekwondo, Yoga, etc. Keeping in mind the previous year’s benchmark, we aim have a goal of bagging a gold and a silver medal in the CBSE Zonal Skating Championship and bagging a gold and a silver medal in the CBSE Zonal Boxing Championship and to sustain our place reaching the Quarter Finals in the CBSE North Zone Cluster Championship in Basketball. The students will get a chance to participate in district and regional level championships at various places
