" People are hard-pressed for time but they do need to communicate. Emojis are here to help and make it smooth. "

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, as sometimes words fall short to express what everyone is feeling, emojis have helped everyone express their annoyance in these strange times. When words fall short, emojis make up for it and make others feel the same.

Today the world seems incomplete without emojis, they are our power to express. So, to make everyone aware of the indispensable value of Emojis, THE WORLD EMOJI DAY was celebrated virtually at MEERUT PUBLIC SCHOOL FOR GIRLS on 19 July 2021. In the inaugural event in 'Let's Do Something Different' series Students of MPSFG presented their talent through the Virtual 'ENACTMENT COMPETITION ' by Senior Section Girls, Singing Competition by Middle Wing Girls and little participants of Primary wing were dressed up smartly with colourful backgrounds and vivid expressions on their faces.

The mega event exhibited the pinnacle of budding talented artists. To grace the event, Ms Priya Singh, Ms Sarita Deshmukh and Ms Hemanti Thapa, were invited from 'SAMSARA THE WORLD ACADEMY' as a judge. Ms Harjinder Kaur, Principal Meerut Public School for Girls welcomed the judge by giving a floral welcome.

Budding talented students spell bounded the moment with their splendid performance. Their performance earned thunderous of cheers and claps virtually from everyone. The Judges congratulated the winners and encouraged the students to strive hard and reach pinnacles of success. Principal, Harjinder Kaur applauded the student's efforts and thanked the Judges and everyone for making the event a success.

The function culminated with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms Kulpreet Kaur, Secondary Coordinator.
