Meerut Public School for Girls celebrated Teachers’ Day with immense joy and gratitude, honouring the guiding lights who shape the future of every child. The highlight of the day was a Special Assembly organised entirely by the students, reflecting their love and admiration for their mentors.

The programme began on a soulful note with a prayer and Thought of the Day followed by a series of engaging games for the teachers. From the saree-tying competition and balloon bursting to song recognition, cushion catching, and the cheerful I-card collection game, the campus was filled with laughter, energy, and camaraderie.

The celebration grew warmer when the Head Girl of the school presented a bouquet to the Principal as a gesture of love and respect, while the MPS Group Management honoured every teacher with a token of gratitude.

In a special tribute, students stepped into the shoes of teachers during their first period, taking classes and experiencing the noble responsibility of teaching. Their efforts reflected deep admiration for their mentors.

The day-long programme, thoughtfully designed and led by the children concluded with the collective spirit of the school echoing its proud motto “To Greater Heights.”
