Admission Process

Academic Session 2026–2027

The academic session runs from April to March. Online registrations for the Academic Session 2026–2027 commenced on 5 November 2025.

Parents must submit the online application form (No Payment) through the link available on the school website within the specified time period.
Shortlisted applicants will be informed via phone call or email.
A registration link will be forwarded to the filtered applicants for online payment of the registration fee.
Result declaration and document verification will be conducted on the date specified by the Admission Helpdesk.
Admission will be granted strictly on merit and eligibility criteria.

Aadhaar Card / Aadhaar No.
APAAR ID
PEN NUMBER
Birth Certificate (issued by an authorised Municipal Body – mandatory for Balvatika)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school last attended
Report Card of the last attended school and class
Medical Fitness Certificate
Three passport-size photographs of the child.
One stamp-size photograph for the Identity Card
Family photograph of parents with the child admitted
Photograph of the designated guardian.

Last date for submission of TC: 30 April 2026.

Failure to submit the TC by this date will result in automatic cancellation of admission.

NOTE:

For admission in Nursery (BALVATIKA) the child must be 3+ years old as of April of the academic session.
Transfer Certificate will be accepted only from affiliated schools.
Failure to submit complete documentation to the School Accounts Office by the stipulated date will result in cancellation of admission without refund of fees.
Identity Card is mandatory. New Identity Cards will be issued annually.

Withdrawals:

For a child seeking withdrawal from the school an application for Transfer Certificate (TC) should reach the Principal's Office before 31 March.
Six months' fee is liable to be charged for withdrawal during mid- session.
TC will be issued only on the submission of a written application to the effect and clearance of all dues payable to the school.
All School Dues must be cleared for the Transfer Certificate to be granted.

Disciplinary Policy

The school can take disciplinary action against the students on the following grounds:

Immoral Influence, unsatisfactory performance, or threat to security of school.
Non-payment of dues.
Repeated detention in the same class.
Shortage of attendance (less than 75%).
Bunking school.
Vandalizing school property.
Misdemeanour by guardians (physical or verbal violence) or forced entry as a mob into school premises without providing any proper identification and relationship to the student.
