Procedure For Registration/Admission Process (2026-27)

The School session is from April to March. The registration form is available on our website which is to be filled and submitted online. The admission form has to be duly filled with all entries. Registration process is open for all.

1. Online Registrations for Admissions for the Academic Session 2026–2027 has commenced from 5th November 2025.
2. Applications received by the parents (No Payment) via link posted on school website for a particular period of time.
3. Shortlisted applications for registration will be informed via Phone / E-mail.
4. Registration link will be forwarded to the filtered applicants for online payment of Registration.
5. The process of Result Declaration and Document verification will be conducted on the specific date given by the admission helpdesk.

The following documents must be submitted at the time of Admission

Aadhaar Card / Aadhaar No.
APAAR ID
(Permanent Education Number)PEN NUMBER
Birth Certificate from an authorized Municipal Body for BALVATIKA
Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
Report Card of the school last attended School & Class.
Medical Fitness Certificate
Three passport size photographs of the child.
One stamp size photograph for the Identity Card.
Family photograph of parents with the child admitted.
Photograph of the guardian designated.
The Last date for submitting TC is 30 April, 2026. Failing which admission will automatically stand cancelled.

NOTE:

For admission to Nursery(BALVATIKA) the child should be three plus (3+) in April.
TC from an Affiliated school will only be accepted.
In event of lapse in submission of proper documentation in the School's Accounts' Office by the given date, the admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect without any refund of the Fee.

Withdrawals:

For a child seeking withdrawal from the school an application for TC should reach the Principal's Office before the 31st of March.
Six months fee is liable to be charged for withdrawal during mid- session.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only on the submission of an application to the effect and clearance of all dues payable to the school.
All School Dues must be cleared for the Transfer Certificate to be granted.

Disciplinary Policy

The school can take disciplinary action against the students on the following grounds:

Immoral Influence, unsatisfactory performance and threat to security of school.
Non-payment of Dues.
Repeated Detention in the same Class.
Shortage of Attendance (less than 75%).
Bunking of School.
Vandalizing of School Property.
Misdemeanour of guardians (violence-Physical& Verbal) and forced entry as mob into the school premises without providing any identification & relationship to the student.
