The Vaccination Drive

"No light burns brighter than the one that illuminates to uplift, empower and educate people for a right cause".

On 14th July 2021, Meerut Public School for Girls under the guidance of the revered Management and the Principal, Mrs Harjinder Kaur, carried out a humble initiative by organizing a vaccination drive to emphasize the principle of "Health for one, Health for all".

The event started with the offering of saplings to the reverent Chief Guest Mr Manish Bansal, IAS Municipal Commissioner, Meerut and to the Guest of Honour, Dr Praveen Gautam District Immunisation Officer, by the School Management.

People from the whole expanse of the city walked in to join hands to deal with this global pandemic. Around 150 people were vaccinated before the conclusion of the vaccination drive.

The Chief Guest Mr Manish Bansal motivated and enlightened the audience with his impeccable words Whereas, the Guest of Honour, Dr Praveen Gautam, requested the gathering to get themselves vaccinated before the third wave makes itself conspicuous.

The event marked a noticeable success as Mr Vikram Jeet Singh Shastri, Managing Director, MPS Group aimed to get the whole MPS fraternity vaccinated by the end of July.
