Indian Air Force Day Celebration

'The sky can't dictate boundaries for them, for they pledged towards the safety of their motherland. They guard the air borders and they pave the path towards heightened security. They are our defenders, the INDIAN AIR FORCE. '

Air Force Day is celebrated on October 8 every year, to commemorate the founding of the Indian Air Force. The Air Force is the air arm of the Indian Armed Forces, and essential to the nation's combat efforts and security upkeep.

As a part of the 90th anniversary celebration, the students of MPSTFS observed the day with zeal and pride for the glory of the nation. A special assembly was conducted wherein, the students delivered speech, recited poem and raised the slogans defining the tremendous capabilities of the Air Force. The facts about IAF Day were discussed by the teachers in the sessions with students.

Saluting the air warriors in her address, Madam Principal, Ms. Sonu Sahni discussed the major operations of the IAF and motivated the students to serve the country as a future leaders.
