World Health Day

"It Is Health that Is Real Wealth and not pieces of Gold and Silver." -Mahatma Gandhi

World Health Day is celebrated across the world every year on 7th April as an initiative of World Health Organization to draw mass attention towards the importance of global health.

Keeping in mind the theme this year 'Our Planet, Our Health', the World Health Day was celebrated in MPSTFS wherein the special assembly was conducted to sensitize the students to remain healthy by eating nutritious food, fruits and vegetables. They were made aware about the importance of physical exercises like Yoga and meditation to remain fit & active. They also recited rhymes, conveying the message of healthy eating habits.

The essentiality of balanced diet and significance of good hygiene to stay healthy was illustrated by respected Coordinator, Ms. Sonia Singh.

It was an informative and fruitful session.

The Principal, Ms. Sonu Sahni also promoted the students to keep the surroundings clean and take in balanced diet to lead a healthy lifestyle.
