MPSTFS conducted Physical Fitness Session on Day 1 of Yoga Mahotsav for the blooming buds of Kindergarten. Students were acknowledged with the importance of physical fitness and healthy eating habits. The session started with Zumba dance followed by fun based activities like Jumping Jacks, Animal Poses etc. The students participated enthusiastically.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Honourable Managing Director Sir Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri for gracing the occasion.
The Principal Mrs. Sonu Sahni motivated the students & conveyed the importance of making yoga an integral part of our life by extending the practice of yoga beyond the mat.
