Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition. It embodies the holistic approach to health and well-being.

On the occasion of 7th International Yoga Day, MPSTFS  conducted a virtual Yoga Session in line with the Yoga Mahotsav Day - 4 for teachers and students . Following this year's theme "Yoga for well-being" the session commenced with yoga, breathing techniques and meditation under the guidance of our Physical Trainers . Students were told about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and various ways to improve their immunity. The aim was to encourage the students to stay active and healthy in these difficult times.
