Yoga Mahotsav - Day 3 : Session on Balanced Diet

To refine our insight with the above quote, MPSTFS conducted a session on ' Balanced Diet' on Day- 3 of Yoga Mahotsav for the students of Classes IV- VI. The renowned Nutritionist, Dr. Bhawana Gandhi was the Guest Speaker of the session who acknowledged the students and their parents about the benefits of the consumption of healthy food. Ma'am informed the audience about the impact of a diet in improving the mental, physical and emotional health of an individual through various informative slides.

Respected Principal ma'am, Ms. Sonu Sahni requested everyone to adapt a healthy and balanced diet and gave a message to stay fit and strong as healthy minds live in healthy bodies.
