Yoga Mahotsav - Day 2 : Session on Emotional Wellbeing

”Increasing the strength of our mind is the only way to reduce the difficulty of life”

MPSTFS celebrated Day 2 of Yoga Mahotsav by conducting Emotional Wellbeing Session for the young scholars of Primary Wing. An interactive and informative session was put up by Ms. Divya Goel, MPS Group Counselor wherein ma’am discussed about ‘Healthy Mind, Healthy Body’ with the help of a presentation. Students curiously put forward their queries and enjoyed the session.

The event was graced by the presence of Honorable Managing Director Sir , Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri.

The session culminated with the Puppet Show to showcase the importance of Mental Health, as healthy mind can create wonders.

The Principal, Ms. Sonu Sahni encourged the students to adapt the healthy lifestyle for their wellbeing.
