International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our school, with active participation from both students and teachers. The morning began with a serene yoga session led by the Physical Education instructor, who guided participants through a series of asanas and breathing exercises. The atmosphere was filled with energy and positivity as everyone joined in with full zeal.
The session also included a brief talk on the benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life, especially for students. The PE instructor emphasized how yoga not only improves physical health and flexibility but also enhances concentration, reduces stress, and promotes emotional well-being — all of which are essential for effective learning.
