Capacity Building Programme: Fostering Innovative Teaching Practices for 21st-Century Learning

As part of its commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development, Meerut Public School, Shradhapuri Phase II conducted a Teacher Capacity Building Programme aligned with the vision of NEP 2020.
The programme focused on strengthening pedagogical practices and equipping educators with contemporary teaching strategies. Sessions covered key areas such as competency-based education, curriculum goals, learning outcomes, assessment practices, technology integration, and student-centric teaching approaches.
Through interactive discussions, collaborative learning, and reflective activities, teachers gained valuable insights into creating engaging, inclusive, and future-ready classrooms. Through interactive workshops, collaborative role plays, and immersive hands-on activities, educators delved into transformative teaching methodologies that inspire critical thinking, nurture creativity, and cater to diverse learning styles.
The programme concluded with a reflective feedback session, where teachers shared insights, best practices, and personal learning experiences, pledging to translate these into meaningful classroom action.
