Empowering Partnerships: A Transformative Parent-Teacher Meeting

At Meerut Public School, Shradhapuri Phase-II, education is not confined to textbooks and classrooms—it’s a journey of collaboration, innovation, and meaningful engagement. In line with our commitment to experiential learning and transparency, we hosted a dynamic Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) that went far beyond traditional interaction.
The PTM was curated with great enthusiasm to reflect the school’s forward-thinking approach. It showcased the unique identity of MPS as a trendsetter in modern education, not only through words but through immersive experiences that involved our parents as active participants.
One of the highlights of the day was a live demonstration of how the National Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) are brought to life in our classrooms. Parents explored various hands-on activities, reflecting how day-to-day teaching is aligned with national goals, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application.
A special presentation on Bloom’s Taxonomy Levels (BTL) offered clear insights into the actual classroom practices. It illustrated how each level—Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, and Creating—is seamlessly embedded in our curriculum, shaping students to be thoughtful learners and independent thinkers. The impact of this progressive teaching methodology on student outcomes was clearly communicated and well appreciated.
Adding a heart warming and interactive touch, we introduced a “Listening Tree”—a creative corner where parents penned down their suggestions, appreciation, and constructive feedback. These reflections are deeply valued and serve as guiding lights in our journey of continuous improvement.
The day also saw lively musical performances by our talented students, joined by some of our enthusiastic parents, creating an atmosphere of unity and celebration.
This PTM was not just a meeting—it was a shared moment of growth and understanding, reinforcing the power of school-home partnership. At MPS Shradhapuri, we don’t just educate—we evolve, together
