Parents Orientation Programme

Greetings of the day!

"Teachers can change lives with just the right mix of chalk and challenges.” - Joyce Meyer.

We at MPS, Main Wing completely understand the importance of child’s growth, hence, we foster child's learning through joint efforts of parents, teachers and the school.

Keeping this in mind, our school organized a Parent Orientation Programme on March 31, 2022 for the new set of parents, to familiarize them, “as partners in progress ” with the curriculum, rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies and co-scholastic activities.

The program commenced with benedictions to the Almighty by kindling the holy lamp.The Head Mistress, Ms Navneet Chadha, in her address shared with the parents the vision, mission and policies of the school.This was followed by a Power Point Presentation which apprised the parents about the excellent infrastructure, facilities and achievents of the alma mater. The respective teachers also gave an overview of the various subjects and activities which would be undertaken by the students in the year ahead. Co-scholastic activities (Hobby Clubs) were also discussed, giving the parents an insight into the curriculum which is self-directed with hands-on learning activities that not only give students a medium to fully utilize their creative talents and energies, but also help them in their all-round development. A lot of jovial activities were also organized for the new set of parents to make the day a memorable one.

While detailing about the School, Dr (Mrs) Shikha Koak, the School's Principal, added, “We are all looking forward to the day when children brighten up the school with their presence as they unpack their bags; decorate the classrooms with color and set-off on one of the life’s greatest adventures!!”
