The foundation of Meerut Public School was laid in the year 1982 by the H'ble founder Chairman Mr. T.C Shastri and Vice President and Co-founder Mrs. Kusum Shastri .The idea was to uphold traditional Indian values while adopting contemporary infrastructure and pedagogies. Children having different backgrounds, traditions and cultures enter the portals of a learning community. At MPS, unrelenting effort goes in mentoring and metamorphosing the pure and uncut diamonds into fine MPS gems.

The faculty and administration at MPS are passionate about education and subscribe to the belief that students are individuals deserving respect and opportunities to learn. We therefore strive to provide each and every student at MPS with a challenging and engaging bifurcation of CBSE curriculum .In addition, student have a wide range of co-curricular activities to involve themselves in. Through academics,student activities, Sports & games, we strive to provide all students with a complete and comprehensive education that offers multiple opportunities to develop abilities ,express talents, exercise responsibilities and engage in the life long learning process.
At MPS we inculcate in the children, a respect for Indian culture. We believe that purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with enormous amount of knowledge and ideas. We are a dedicated team that is of the conviction that giving roots of values is significant so that our children remain firmly rooted to the ground .We give our children wings of ambitions, So that they soar like falcons to scale the skies Our endeavor is to make them global citizen who can look beyond geographical boundaries and promote peace and universal brotherhood.
