Admission Information

NEW ADMISSIONS PROCESS, DATE AND TIMINGS OF ENTRANCE TEST FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2026-2027

1. Online Registration for admissions for the Academic Session 2026–2027 will commence from 5th November 2025 (07:30 a.m. onwards).

2. ENTRANCE TESTS. There will be only two entrance tests conducted as per the schedule mentioned below :-
(a) 1st Entrance Test - 7th December 2025 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
(b) 2nd Entrance Test - 11th January 2026 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

3. RESULT DECLARATION. The below shall be followed:-
(a) 1st Entrance Test RESULT declaration - 09th December at 11:00 AM.
(b) 2nd Entrance Test RESULT declaration - 13th January 2026 at 11:00 AM.

4. The declaration of results will be posted on the school notice board and sent via school official email ID on the dates as mentioned at point No. 3 above.

Admission will be granted purely on merit, based on the child's overall performance.
There will be no written test for admission to Nursery.
The Admission Form has to be duly filled with all entries and signatures.
For admissions, contact the School Reception.

The following documents must be submitted at the time of Admission

Aadhar Card / Aadhar No.
Birth Certificate (from an authorized Municipal Body for K.G)
Transfer Certificate (from the school last attended).
Report Card (of the school last attended).
Three passport size photographs of the child.
One stamp size photograph for the Identity Card.
Family photograph of parents with the child admitted.
Photograph of the designated guardian.

NOTE:

A Transfer Certificate from an unaffiliated school must be counter-signed by the local BSA's office at G.I.C.
Failure to submit proper documentation to the School's Accounts Office by the given date will result in cancellation of admission with immediate effect without any refund.

Withdrawals:

For a child seeking withdrawal from the school an application for Transfer Certificate (TC) should reach the Principal's Office before 31 March.
Six months' fee is liable to be charged for withdrawal during mid - session.
All School Dues must be cleared before the issuance of the TC.

Dismissal:

A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:

Indiscipline or issue of third yellow card.
Unethical Influence, unsatisfactory performance or threat to security of school.
Non-payment of dues.
Repeated detention in the same class.
Short Attendance (less than 75%).
Bunking of school.
Vandalizing school property.
Misdemeanors of guardians (physical/verbal violence) or forced entry as a mob into the school premises without identification & relationship to the student.
