Thanks Giving Day

The world has indeed become a global village today and with this cross-cultural exchanges have become more common. Consequently, we celebrate festivals that we would not a few years ago. One such festival is Thanksgiving, a quintessentially American holiday.

Class 5 and 6 of MPS Vedvyaspuri celebrated the festival with great pomp and gaiety on 28 November 2019. Our little learners learnt the power of gratitude. The students showcased their creativity by making turkey bird. The celebration entailed by showing gratitude during recess time, they prayed and thanked the farmer for the food we eat.

The teachers also narrated the importance of this day and tales associated with it.
