Wellness week (Day 4)

'The greatest wealth is health.'
Keeping this in mind, we at MPS VVP on Day-4 of Wellness Program played badminton and seven stones to keep ourselves active and refreshed.
Seven stones enhances team coordination, increases concentration, sharpens one's eyesight, improves stamina, and alertness.
And badminton is a  full-body workout.This added to the productivity of the day and refreshed their childhood memories.
