January 20,2020 Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with students, teachers and parents in the Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2020 programme. This is the third edition of PPC 2020.
The programme was held in Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.The curtain raiser of the session was initiated with the display of various paintings and art work by the students which was witnessed by the Prime Minister.
PM Modi answered to the questions streamed live by the students, teachers and parents about beating exam stress ahead of the Board exams: Around 2,000 students participated from all over India in the programme.
While having the interactive session with the students ,PM Modi talked about how to know your hidden potentials ,he further emphasized and asked the students to read his book 'exam warriors' ..On a question asked about the technological mash up taking over the world, Modi ji advised the students to manage' technology- free hours', he said life has become tech-driven, but one must utilize technology for his benefit .He highlighted and emphasized that the extracurricular activities are very important but they should not become a fashion statement for parents .He further emphasized that board exams should be considered important but the not only exam in life to judge one's success. PM Modi also talked about India versus Australia match at Kolkata citing the example of Anil kumble who was injured during the match but still played and won the match, he said it depends on us how we deal with the troubles. he also talked about Chandrayaan 2 and said we can find lessons for success even in our failures. A loud urge was made to the students for not getting upset with the mention of the board exams. PM Modi also said that this interactive session will be #without filter. He concluded by saying that pariksha pe charcha 2020 is very close to my heart HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said that India has become the first country to include artificial intelligence in school syllabus
The culmination of the session was done with the thought provoking message in which prime Minister Modi said that temporary setback does not mean success is not waiting and thus all students, parents and teachers must watch out for a future with positive outlook.
