MPS Group of Schools celebrated its Inter- Wing Literary Fest 2020 on November 5 and 6 2020,on a virtual platform. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. Vikram Jeet Singh Shastri, Managing Director MPS Group of Schools.
The judges for the event were
Ms. Garima Shrivastava(Educationist), Col. Atri (Admin. Officer ,MPS Group), Ms Megha (Principal, APS Nasik), Mr. Thakur ( Head Admin, Sunbeam Group Varanasi),Ms. Sangeeta Thakur (Sr. Manager, Sunbeam Group Varanasi), Ms. Veena Chauhan (Educationist) Mumbai ,Ms. Renu Singh (Educationist) , Ms. Ipshita Banerjee (Principal,Sunbeam School Varanasi), Ms. Anubha Bhargava (Academic Coordinator ,DPS Allahabad ) and Ms. Sonu Sahni (Principal, MPS Shradhapuri).
MPGS Shastri Nagar hosted Speech Delivery Competition. The event was initiated with a melodious welcome song sung by Medhavi Dube.The welcome address was delivered by the Principal, Mrs. Sapna Ahuja, who emphasized on the importance of such platforms to encourage young minds to unleash their true potential.
The esteemed Chief Guest enlightened the gathering by emphasizing on the need to nurture the students in such a way that can lead them to the new horizons along with the great legacy.
After the inaugural session, the screen became abuzz with excitement and colour with the vivacious performance of students. The tiny tots enthralled the audience in their dramatic persona on the theme of Diwali/ Halloween. The young vibrant storytellers came forth with wonderful tales, while some stories provided food for thought, some reinforced moral values and some were humorous.
Primary section students overwhelmed everyone with their recital of sublime poetry. Senior wing pulsated the school with creativity and talent with articulate Speech Delivery and erudite English Debate, as the participants put their best foot forward.
MPGS Shastri Nagar bagged overall First Position in the ‘Literary Fest 2020. ''
The celebrations of the day culminated with a thank you note to the jury and also to everyone who witnessed the event. Vote of thanks was proposed by the Advisor, MPS Group, Mrs. Richa Sharma.
