Admission Information

The Academic Session is from April to March. Registration opens from the 1st of December each year. The registration card is to be filled and submitted in the office. A written test will be conducted on a specific date followed by an interview of the child with his/her parents. Admission will be granted on the basis of the child's performance purely on merit.
The Admission Form has to be duly filled with all entries and signature.
There will be no written test for admission to the Nursery.

Registrations open from Dec.1st onwards.

Entrance Test is held on stipulated dates under school norms.

Documents required at the time of Admission-

4 passport size photographs of student.
1 passport size photograph of each father & mother.
2 Stamp size combined photographs of parents for parent authorization Card.
Photocopy of the father’s ID proof (PAN Card/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.)
Photocopy of the mother’s ID proof (PAN Card/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.)
Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate by municipal Corporation/ Nagar Nigam.
For L.K.G to Class XII Original Transfer Certificate is compulsory of the previous school.
For Admission in class XI & XII the Marksheet of class X is compulsory (Photocopy)
Registration card required in case of direct admission in class X & XII (i.e. IX & XI respectively)
Last day of submitting TC is 15th April, 2019 and or within two weeks from the date of seeking admission otherwise admission will automatically be considered as cancelled & fresh admission charge will have to be paid.
Photocopy of Report Card of the previous class to be submitted till 15th April, 19
Caste ST/SC/OBC certificate of Father/ Student (Photo Copy).

NOTE:

For admission to Nursery the child should be three plus(3+) in April.
For Pre-Nursery - two plus in April.
Un-affiliated school TC must be counter signed by local BSA's office at G.I.C.
In event of lapse in submission of proper documentation in the school accounts office by the given date, the admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect without any refund of the fee.
Identity card is a mandate. New Identity cards will be issued for students every year.

Withdrawals:

For a child seeking withdrawal from the school an application for TC should reach the Principal's Office before the 31st of March.
Six months fee is liable to be charged for withdrawal during mid- session.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only on the submission of an application to the effect and clearance of all dues payable to the school.
All school dues must be cleared for the Transfer Certificate to be granted.

Dismissal:

A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:

Indiscipline
Immoral Influence, unsatisfactory performance and threat to security of school.
Non-payment of Dues.
Repeated Detention in the same Class.
Shortage of Attendance (less than 75%).
Bunking of School.
Vandalizing of School Property.
Misdemeanor of guardians (Violence-Physical & Verbal) and forced entry as mob into the school premises without providing any identification & relationship to the student.

School Timings:

Summer Timings from April to October-
Class I to XII- 7:20am to 1:20pm.
Nursery, L.K.G, U.K.G- 7:20am to 12noon.
Pre-Nursery- 8:30am to 11:30am.

Winter Timings from November to March

Class I to XII - 7:50am to 1:50pm.
Nursery, LKG, UKG - 7:50am to 12:30pm.
Pre-Nursery - 9:00am to 12noon.

Account Office (Mon/Wed/Sat) - 11:00am to 1:00pm
No public dealing on Sunday and School Holiday
