Hon'ble Prime Minister Interacts with Students in "Pariksha Pe Charcha"

Parents should not treat the report cards of their children as their "visiting cards" or expect them to fulfill their unfulfilled dreams, said Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he interacted with around 2,000 students, teachers and parents in the second edition of "Pariksha Pe Charcha" at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. He stressed that education must equip us to face various challenges of life as well. The Prime Minister suggested that students should know their passion and try to get clarity about what they want to become in life. He urged the parents to mentor their children to get the most from technology and use it to expand their horizons. With less than a month to go for the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations, PM Modi in the interactive session discussed ways to handle exam stress. The Prime Minister advised the students to aim big in life but not to get carried away in the process of realising them.

“If you miss an aim it can be forgiven, but if the aim is low it is unforgivable. The target should be in reach but not in grasp,” were his concluding words.
