"Safety isn't expensive, it's priceless."
Keeping the belief, Dainik Jagran has taken the initiative to spread awareness and remind people about the importance of Road Safety Rules.
Following the same, MPS Pallavpuram organized a special assembly on 09 December '22, to sensitize awareness about road safety and traffic awareness among the students and the staff. A detailed presentation on road safety was presented. PTI, Ms Shobha Kashyap, delivered a detailed lecture on road safety and traffic awareness. An awareness was raised about traffic rules to reduce casualties due to road accidents.
An oath was taken by the students, teachers and school helpers to commit to six key points to protect themselves and others, by driving safely, encouraging others to drive safely, and by driving less or not at all: slow, sober, sharp, silent, secure, sustainable.
Assembly concluded with the urge of the Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma to obey traffic rules and persuade others also to do the same.
