Yoga And Meditation Workshop

“What yoga is to body, meditation is to mind.”

On 9 April 2019 Mr. B. L. Madaan, a renowned yoga and meditation expert conducted a workshop on the campus of MPSFG for the school faculty.

It was indeed an enriching session which motivated the teachers to find some time for themselves and practice yoga and meditation to keep their mind and body healthy and combat stress. He also told that with practicing yoga regularly one can get rid of chronic ailments.
