Parent Teacher Meeting

The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) conducted at our school was a valuable opportunity for parents and teachers to collaborate in the best interest of the students. The meeting commenced with a warm welcome and introduction, setting a positive tone for the discussions ahead. Each parent had the opportunity to meet with their child's teachers individually. During these interactions, teachers provided comprehensive updates on their child's academic progress, strengths, areas for improvement, and overall behaviour in the classroom. They also shared insights into the child's participation in extracurricular activities and any special achievements or challenges.Parents had the chance to share their perspectives, concerns, and aspirations for their child's academic and personal development. They asked questions, sought clarifications, and discussed strategies for better supporting their child's learning journey at home. ThePTM was also a platform for fostering mutual trust, understanding, and partnership between parents and teachers. Together, they brainstormed solutions, set goals, and devised action plans to address academic and behaviouralconcerns. Furthermore, the PTM provided an opportunity for parents to gain insights into the school's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and extracurricular offerings. They also received valuable tips and suggestions from teachers on how to create a conducive learning environment at home and support their child's holistic development.
