Inter School Event

Celebrating Talent and Creativity at the Inter-School event

Meerut Public School, Shradhapuri Phase II, played host to a spectacular inter school event on August 28th, bringing together more than ten prestigious schools from across the city. This grand event was an excellent platform for young talents to showcase their creative abilities. The event was graced by the presence of Mrs. Kusum Shastri ma’am , co-founder and vice-president of MPSG, Mrs. Madhu Sirohi, respected member of the MPSG governing council, and Mr. Srinjoy Banerjee,distinguished member of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs (UP).

The day was filled with excitement and anticipation as students participated in two main categories of the Performing Arts event, namely “Speaking Walls” and “Symbol Stories.” Each category provided a unique opportunity for children to express themselves, blending creativity with knowledge in an engaging and entertaining manner.

In the *"Speaking Walls"* category, students were tasked with using their imagination to create humorous stories and represent them through art. The competition witnessed a fierce yet friendly battle of creativity among the participants. After a series of impressive performances, the winners were announced:

1. *1st Position:* MPS The First Step  
2. *2nd Position:* MPS Vedvyas Puri  
3. *3rd Position:* Rishabh Academy  

The *"Symbol Stories"* category was equally captivating, with students donning the roles of various symbols, presenting themselves with short, impactful monologues. The children's innovative interpretations and spirited presentations left the audience and judges in awe. The winners in this category were:

1. *1st Position:* MPS The First Step  
2. *2nd Position:* Success International  
3. *3rd Position:* MPS Pallavpuram  

The event concluded with an award ceremony, where the winners were honored with trophies and certificates in recognition of their outstanding performances. It was a moment of pride and joy for the winners and their respective schools, highlighting the importance of nurturing talent and encouraging creative expression from a young age.

The Interschool event not only celebrated the artistic talents of the students but also fostered a spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition among the participating schools.
