A Talk on Positive Attitude and Meditation

Life is unpredictable, demanding and full of pressures which certainly play a big role in our abilities to look at things from either a positive or negative lens. That’s why a talk session on Positive Attitude and Meditation was conducted by Mrs. Sunita Gautam, Retired HOD English M.P.S.F.G, and her team at M.P.G S. Shastri Nagar on 8th Oct 2018 , 9th Oct 2018 and 10th Oct 2018. The guest speaker made the students learn the importance of self-relaxation through meditation. She said meditation improves the five elements that comprise of human body and controlling the chakras, a person can lead a healthy and stress free life. Mrs. Sapna Ahuja, Principal, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her and encouraged the students to follow the suggested tips.
